RETURN
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract from the date of receipt of the goods. How to do it?
1. Fill out the withdrawal form available at the website (here). Please print and attach it to the package.
2. Send the returned goods to the following address: Sklep SkeenLab, ul. Kobierzycka 10, 52-315 Wrocław, with the note “Return of goods”.
3. The product should be properly secured and packed in order not to be damaged. The cost of shipping the goods is covered by the Buyer (Customer).
Within 14 days, we refund the costs of the goods to the bank account number which was given in the withdrawal form.

EXCHANGE
To replace the purchased product, return the product to the above-mentioned rules. Then place a new order on the site with the commodity you want to receive. Refunds for the returned goods will be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
